Woman stabs man multiple times during ‘altercation’ in Lauderhill, cops say

Lauderhill police said they detained a woman who stabbed a man during an “altercation” on Saturday.

It happened just after 7 p.m. in the 4400 block of Northwest 12th Court.

Police said medics took the man, who suffered multiple stab wounds, to Broward Health Medical Center, where he was “stable” as of Saturday night.

Authorities have not identified the woman involved or provided additional details about what led up to the stabbing.

They said the investigation remained “open and active” as of Saturday night.
