Service Disconnection?

If your water service has been disconnected, payments can still be made online.

After making a payment, call (954) 730-3030 during business hours to confirm and schedule reconnection.

For after-hours help, call (954) 714-3132 and leave a message with your:

  • Name

  • Address

  • Phone number

  • Order ID confirmation number

Reconnections are typically handled the same day or the next business day, depending on the time of your call.
